U4454 blue
Product Characteristics
U4454 blue is a P.B.15:3 green undertone blue pigment preparation. It’s resin free, so its universality is very good. With advanced production process, the product has good fineness. It complies with RoHS standards and it is halogen free. When the pigment preparation cannot be used up at once, it must be sealed properly.
Application
U4454 blue is mainly designed for plastic coating, industrial coating, wood coating and car refinishing etc. application as universal colorants. It can be used in coating with polyurethane, polyester, amino baking, thermoplastic acrylic, short oil alkyd, synthetic fatty acid, nitrocellulose etc. resin. The compatibility with 381 series CAB resin is good. It could be separated when U4454 blue is added in the coating with CAB551-0.2. But the fineness and tinting strength of the coating is not affected, and it can be used normally after being stirred again.
How to use
Before use U4454 blue, please do the compatible and tinting experiments. If find any problem, please incorporate additives to solve the problem or consult our technical service representatives. Please make sure that the pigment preparation has no negative effect on your coating’s properties before use. Just incorporate the pigment preparation in the paint in a low to middle speed mixing, grinding or high speed dispersing are not required.
Storage
It should be stored in a cool place at a temperature above 0℃, with a shelf life of 12 months in an unopened sealed bucket.
