Product Characteristics
D2221 red is a pigment preparation with DOTP as carrier. With advanced production process, the product has very good saturation and high tinting strength. The pigment is P.R.122 red and there is no volatile organic solvent. D2221 red has good fluidity and is very easy to disperse. Even with manual mixing, it can be well dispersed in the systems. After long-term storage, the product shows very stable performance.
Application
D2221 red is mainly designed for Polyurea,, MMA, Polyurethane waterproof coating, Polyurethane adhesive, Unsaturated polyester system and Epoxy resin etc. application. The suggested dosage is 0.5%~5%.
How to use
Before use D2221 red, please do the compatible and tinting experiments. If find any problem, please incorporate additives to solve the problem or consult our technical service representatives. Please make sure that the pigment preparation has no negative effect on your coating’s properties before use. Just incorporate the pigment preparation in the paint in a low to middle speed mixing, grinding or high speed dispersing are not required.
Storage
It should be stored in a cool place at a temperature above 0℃, with a shelf life of 12 months in an unopened sealed bucket.
