UV black-20
Product Characteristics
UV black-20 is a pigment black preparation with UV monomer as carrier. It’s a resin free pigment colorant, so it’s universality is very good. With advanced production process, the product has high tinting strength, good blackness and very good color acceptance. When the pigment colorants cannot be used up at once, it must be sealed properly.
Application
UV black-20 is mainly designed for UV coating, UV jet ink, UV 3D printing etc. industries.
How to use
Before use UV black-20, please do the compatible and tinting experiments. If find any problem, please incorporate additives to solve the problem or consult our technical service representatives. Please make sure that the pigment preparation has no negative effect on your coating’s properties before use. The pigment coloran should be mixed well or blended by mixer. After adding the pigment colorant into the coating, mix well by mixer or blender. Grinding or high speed dispersing are not required.
Storage
It should be stored in a cool place at a temperature above 0℃, with a shelf life of 12 months in an unopened sealed bucket.
